Book a table at our Creative Image Studio Treasure Trove – Arts & Crafts Destash Weekend and sell your pre-loved art and craft supplies directly to fellow artists, makers and crafters.

What can I sell?
Treasure Trove is an arts & crafts destash sale, rather than a makers’ market.
Seller tables are for new, unused, surplus or pre-loved art and craft supplies, including paints, pencils, brushes, canvases, paper, fabrics, yarn, beads, tools, equipment, craft books and other creative materials.
Please note: Seller tables are not for the sale of finished artwork or completed handmade products. The artwork being sold at Treasure Trove has been generously donated by Creative Image Studio students to raise funds for improvements to the studio.
All items offered for sale should be clean, safe and in usable condition.
How It Works
You price and display your own items, manage your own cash/card payments and keep 100% of your takings.
Your table fee helps support our Treasure Trove fundraising weekend, which is raising money towards improvements at Creative Image Studio.
Tables are limited and must be booked in advance.
Seller Information & Terms
Thank you for joining us for the Creative Image Studio Treasure Trove on Saturday 7 November 2026, 10am–3pm.
Your table
Each booking includes one table approximately 1 metre wide and one chair. Tables will be allocated by Creative Image Studio.
Set-up
Sellers may arrive from 9am to set up. Please have your table ready for visitors by 10am. The event finishes at 3pm, and we ask sellers not to pack away before then unless agreed with us.
What you can sell
Treasure Trove is an arts and crafts supplies destash, not a makers’ market. You are welcome to sell new, unused, surplus or pre-loved art and craft supplies, materials, tools, equipment and books.
Finished artwork and completed handmade products may not be sold from seller tables. The artwork sale at Treasure Trove is specifically made up of artwork generously donated by Creative Image Studio students to raise funds towards improvements to the studio.
Food, alcohol, tobacco or vaping products and other non-art/craft goods may not be sold.
Condition of items
All items must be clean, safe and in a usable condition. If paints, mediums or other materials have been opened or partly used, please make this clear to buyers.
Pricing & payments
Sellers are responsible for pricing their own items and taking their own payments. You may accept cash, card or bank transfer as you wish. You keep 100% of your sales.
Your belongings
Sellers are responsible for their own stock, money and personal belongings throughout the event. Creative Image Studio cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.
At the end of the event
All unsold stock, packaging and belongings must be taken home with you at the end of the day. Please leave your table area tidy.
Table bookings
Table bookings are for the person who made the booking and may not be transferred to another seller without prior agreement from Creative Image Studio.
Cancellation
As we only have 12 seller tables available, table bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may be able to offer the table to someone else.
Agreement
By booking a table, you confirm that you have read and agree to the above Seller Information & Terms.
Don’t Want to Sell It Yourself?
We’re also accepting donations of unwanted art and craft supplies. Donated items will be sold during Treasure Trove, with proceeds going towards studio improvements.
