Event Tickets Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings for events such as paint parties, painting or drawing workshops, and children’s events must be secured with full payment at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule:

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event will receive a credit for future events.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case attendees will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Participant Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully towards staff and other attendees. Any disruptive behavior or failure to adhere to safety guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.
4. Safety and Liability
Participants attend events at their own risk. While all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure safety, we will not be liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings.
5. Children’s Events

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for the supervision of their children.
6. Photography and Media
By participating in our events, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded. Images and videos may be used for promotional purposes unless explicitly declined in writing prior to the event.
7. Materials and Supplies
All necessary art materials and supplies will be provided unless otherwise indicated. Attendees may be held liable for intentional damage or misuse of materials.
8. Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected during booking is strictly confidential and will be used solely for the purposes of organizing the event. Your information will never be shared with third parties.
By registering for and attending any event hosted by us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Class Terms and Conditions
1. Class Schedule

Monday: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM & 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Thursday: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

NEW Evening Class (with Tara Nix): Wednesday 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM (starting April; this class is not available for make-up sessions)
2. Class Fees & Payments
-
Monthly Membership: £60 per month (includes four classes per month at £15 per 2.5-hour class).

Monthly fees remain consistent regardless of months with five weeks.
-
Fees must be paid in full monthly, irrespective of absences, holidays, or personal commitments.

Payments due in the final week of each month via direct debit, bank transfer, or cash during class.

A notice period of one month is required for cancellation of your membership.
3. Make-Up Class Policy

Missed classes are non-refundable.
-
Make-up classes can be scheduled within one month of absence, subject to availability.

Two make-up spots are available per class, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Wednesday evening class is not available for make-up sessions.
4. Tea Break & Snacks

Contributions of simple snacks (such as biscuits) are welcome and encouraged.

Participants may sign up for the snack roster in class.
-
If you have specific dietary requirements or restrictions, please bring your own snacks.
5. Material Costs

Class fees include all paints used during the session.
-
Students are responsible for purchasing their painting surfaces (canvas, wood, fabric), available directly from the studio.

Material charges incurred during classes are payable by cash or card.
-
High-quality brush sets (hog hair and synthetic brushes) are recommended and available at the studio for £10.
6. Studio Housekeeping All students are required to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio by:

Using clean sticks for dispensing paint and washing sticks after use.
-
Tightening paint caps and organizing paint pots numerically.
-
Thoroughly washing and returning brushes after use.
-
Cleaning your workspace after each class, disposing of all waste appropriately.
-
Washing and returning used cups and plates.
7. Break Notice & Annual Schedule

Throughout the year, the studio observes scheduled breaks to balance additional unpaid classes occurring during five-week months.

Typical scheduled breaks include:

One week in April

Two weeks in August

Two weeks in December

Exact break dates will be confirmed as the year progresses.

Monthly fees remain consistent throughout the year, covering all scheduled classes, inclusive of months with breaks.
